Noble Alloys

Special alloys for advanced steel grades

Noble ferroalloys are required for the production of special types of steels and are used in low proportions as additive inputs (for example, ferromolybdenum, ferrovanadium). These ferroalloys are of high value in the metallurgical industry, being used to enhance the corrosion resistance, strength, temperature durability and other essential features of specialty and stainless steels and alloys. There are some noble ferroalloys with more than one non ferrous metal as alloying element (ferro silico magnesium, ferro silico zirconium, ferro nickel magnesium, etc).

Ferro Molybdenum

Ferro Molybdenum

Ferro Molybdenum is used as a substitute for molybdenum in high-strength tool and structural steels, increasing heat resistance, toughness, hardenability and wear resistance.

We offer FeMo with a molybdenum content of 65 to 68% in the alloy produced by the aluminothermic method in Armenia. The ready material of high quality is assigned according to orders. Ferro Molybdenum is packed in 1 mt big-bags. Product size ranges 5-50 mm.

Ferro Vanadium

Ferro Vanadium

Ferro Vanadium is a vanadium-based ferroalloy used for alloying steels. It modifies the microstructure of steel and increases tensile strength, hardness and high temperature strength.

You are welcome to purchase Ferro Vanadium available in our warehouse. The alloy is packed in 1 mt big-bags or 250 kg steel drums. Product size ranges 10-50 mm.
